1. General
These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by POTDEVIN MACHINE, all purchases and orders placed by you, and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
2. Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all products sold by POTDEVIN MACHINE are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery acceptance date. Products may only be returned with prior approval of POTDEVIN MACHINE and must be accompanied by our Return Merchandise Authorization, Original Packing Slip and Invoice. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying materials. POTDEVIN MACHINE reserves all rights to approve or reject acceptance of returns. Re-stocking charges may be imposed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for all goods may be made by Company Check, Wire transfer, ACH, Credit or Debit Card. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Full payment must be made prior to the dispatch of your order. Open Account Terms are extended to qualifying accounts strictly on a Net 30-day terms basis.
4. Shipping and Delivery
POTDEVIN MACHINE ships to all major destinations in North America, South America and abroad. All parts, glue and Release-Cote orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at 3-5 business days domestically and up to two weeks for all other destinations. Shipping fees are calculated at time of order or just prior to dispatch and vary depending on the delivery location and selected shipping method. For all collect shipments through United Parcel, Federal Express and DH, POTDEVIN MACHINE imposes a $5:00 Shipping and Handling Fee.
For machine orders common carriers are generally used. Most customers select Prepay and Add basis for delivery. POTDEVIN MACHINE will run a rate quote and provide it to you at the quote stage or upon receipt of your order. Customers are welcome to arrange pickup and shipment with their chosen carrier should they desire to do so. The carriers Bill of Lading is required in advance of pick up for POTDEVIN MACHINE to release the order to the carrier.
Larger machines may require a custom-built crate for shipment of the machine. A crating charge may be imposed and is dependent on the model and size of the machine.
All orders are shipped FOB Madison Ct. All shipments will be insured for damage or loss at the responsibility of the customer unless the customer’s inbound insurance policy is provided.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes, which are calculated time of invoicing.
**6. Warranty
All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective, POTDEVIN MACHINE will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
7. Liability
POTDEVIN MACHINE does not accept liability for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of using our products, except where such loss or damage arises from our breach of these terms or was caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
8. Changes to Terms of Sale
POTDEVIN MACHINE] reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
